George Outerbridge has over a decade of experience at the Registrar of Companies (RoC), where he has been a key figure in the organisation’s evolution from a document repository to a proactive corporate regulator. As Supervisor of Registration, he led the modernization of the Registration Division, including its structural reform and the successful launch of the RoC’s online corporate register. In his current role as Manager – Corporate Authorisations, George is responsible for Beneficial Ownership. He is currently overseeing the transfer of the Beneficial Ownership regime from the BMA and leading the development of a dedicated digital register to support this critical transparency initiative.

George holds a bachelor’s degree in risk management and insurance and is a Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist (CAMS), bringing a strong foundation in compliance and financial crime prevention to his regulatory work.
