Please note that your hotel booking will carry additional costs at time of booking, including a $16.00 per person, daily resort levy, plus 11.75% Government Tax (Hotel Occupancy Tax of 7.25% and Tourism Guest Fee of 4.5%) and a mandatory gratuity charged on a per room basis; Fairmont, Fairmont Luxury & Deluxe (per person per day) $13.00; One Bedroom Suites (per room per day) $39.00.
Should your reservation dates start before or end after the above timeframe, please contact the hotel directly by sending an email to ham.groupreservations.ham@Fairmont.com with the reservation dates instead of booking through the link. Alternatively, you may contact the hotel’s Reservations Department at 1-441-295-3000 or our Global Reservations Centre at 1-800-441-1414. Please ensure that you identify that your room reservation is part of the BCC room block, for ease of booking and to ensure you receive the discounted rate.

If you attempt to modify this reservation, your payment is non-refundable.
CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT TIMES
Check-in time is 4 p.m. Every effort is made to accommodate guests arriving before the check-in time, however, rooms may not be immediately available. Check-out time is 11:00 a.m. Requests to retain rooms beyond that hour should be directed to the Front Desk once the delegate is registered. Should it be possible to extend a late check-out, a late departure charge may be applicable.
EARLY DEPARTURE FEES
Hamilton Princess currently charges an Early Departure Fee of 50% of the group room rate for guests who depart prior to their confirmed departure date. Though your group will be required to produce the contracted amount of rooms revenue, guests will be able to change their departure date to an earlier date without charge up to and including the time of registration.
HOTEL RESERVATION CANCELLATION
If you cancel for any reason, or do not arrive on your specified check-in date, your payment is non-refundable.
