Mark Allitt is a Senior Managing Director in Teneo’s Financial Advisory business. A Chartered Insurance Practitioner with over 20 years of experience, he specializes in delivering insurance solutions across the global insurance, reinsurance, and captive sectors.

Mark has advised clients across more than 50 countries, working with both property & casualty and life insurers. He has extensive experience supporting clients throughout the lifecycle of insurance entities - from initial setup and growth through to restructuring and transformation initiatives, particularly in situations involving operational or financial stress.

Before joining Teneo, Mark was a Partner at a global professional services firm, where he led the advisory practice and served as a regional insurance sector leader. Over his career, he has built a strong network among insurance investors, regulators, and industry stakeholders, with a deep understanding of regulatory and operational environments in key insurance markets.

Teneo is also actively engaged in industry working groups and advisory bodies, supporting initiatives focused on market development, innovation, and education across the key insurance jurisdictions.
